Why is nature important to Anne Frank?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There are three main reasons that nature was so important to Anne. 1) When she spent all that time in hiding she never got to go outside and that made it more beautiful, precious, ect. 2) Life became about survival for Anne, and the only thing that never harmed her in any way was nature. It had no opinion it just sat there to be admired. 3)Even as WWII raged on around her nature was a constant. She could count on it being there, always beautiful, always waiting.
