The small intestine is involved with absorption, not secretion. It is where your food and water goes via the process of digestion. mouth --> esophagus --> stomach --> small intestine --> large intestine The Adrenal glands are endocrine glands that secrete steroid hormones that are mainly involved during times of stress. "flight or fight response." Sweat glands are small tubular structures in the skin that produce sweat. What is sweat? What is sweat composed of?
