But, with regard to making the body paragraph satirical, the whole thing, right from the start, should be satirical....That needs to be clear. So, maybe you could talk about how ironic it is that, in an age where people want to express individuality (and are encouraged to do that in schools), the creativity is killed by dress codes...or something like that. Exaggerate the whole issue and it tends to be pretty easy....
