I have a suggestion. I know there Are moderators already. But i feel as if people at the age of 15-16 could possibly get a Jr. Moderator status to warn user and ban people temporarily up to a few days and explain to other mods and the owners as to why you ban sed person.
This is what i feel :)!
And no Jrs would not be able to perma ban only temp ban up to 72hra
jr?? junior :=) i guess you also know " there are \(\huge\color{green}{{\rm ambassado}\rm r}\)s for that they can warn users but can't ban.........
Yea junior, and i see why ambassadors do not get to ban people.
so like brainly?
you can "report" and then mod can take care O_Of that banning users, or suspensions that's mods job
Brainly? Well imma hit the hat its 2:40Am
Only admins can ban. If a 'Junior' would be able to 'suspend' they could and would abuse it. I think more of the lines of kicking, deleting replies/threads, and warn
lol k
Well see thatis good sammix i said maybe temporary bans. Night:)!
Temporary Bans = Suspension :P
Yes temporary suspension.
And besides they meet you 1-1 via skype wtc.
Also assuming you need past experience and a pretty darn good app
Correction: Ambassadors cannot warn users. Warning/Suspending is a responsibility which needs certain level of maturity. Hence we need to have the age criteria too, along with others :)
Yeah i thought so thanks for confirming that hartnn
Also, if ever Jr. Mod feature is implemented, they would not have to explain their actions :) We would trust them to take right decisions.
yep i said it " they can warn" but doesn't mean " notification" but ambi can send them private message to introduce COC uncle :D
Well they are jr as i said it is a suggestion and it would be changed however to open studies likes/dislikes
@hartnn I was going to say that :P
That is copying Brainly...
On Brainly, Jr. Moderators can delete stuff and give people warnings.
I found that very effective ^^^
Well i don't even know what brainly is, and it is not copying considering so many websites have it, i thought that would be pretty cool. Jr. Mods can be just good to have around, it is not copying unless you intend it to be copying ^-^.
That's not going to work unless OS is updated. They don't ask for your age, and some people lie about their age or Catfish as other people. Plus, that's not fair because most people on here are 15-16 or older, so everyone would be a "Jr. Moderator".
That's what i feel! :)
The entire list of reason why OpenStudy no longer takes moderators below the age of 18 makes it so that they will never give any sort of suspension authority directly to anyone under 18. This makes the idea of Jr. Moderators something that will not happen.
I don't like this idea. I know this will sound like I'm full of myself, but, I don't abuse my tools on brainly. But I know a lot of mods who do. For example there's a feature that allows you to "approve" an answer so that it can't be removed or moderated on. Some of the mods on brainly answer a question the approve their post...even though the answer is wrong or direct. I don't think it's a good idea because it's very easy to abuse powers.
Not true your maturity needs to be good.
