OpenStudy (momo_loves_cte):

@amorfide

OpenStudy (amorfide):

what shape is the baking pan

OpenStudy (momo_loves_cte):

OpenStudy (momo_loves_cte):

this is all the info i have

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

Well the dimensions of the pan are already given: " 8" x 8" x 3". " So Volume of 1 pan = 8" x 8" x 3". But you want to find the total volume of 3 pans so Volume of 3 pans = 3 x (8" x 8" x 3")

OpenStudy (momo_loves_cte):

is that the answer

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

yepp. Volume of 3 pans just equals to the volume of 1 pan TIMES 3. So since volume of 1 pan = Well the dimensions of the pan are already given: " 8" x 8" x 3". " So Volume of 1 pan = 8" x 8" x 3". If we multiply it by 3, we get the Volume of 3 pans = 3 x (8 x 8 x 3)

OpenStudy (momo_loves_cte):

thats not one of my answer choices

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

yes it is :) Note: Volume of 3 pans = 3 x (8 x 8 x 3) 8 x 8 = 8^2 So Volume of 3 pans = 3 x (8^2 x 3)

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

so what do you think the answer is ? :D
