Which of the statements about archaeologists is true? Archaeologists excavate artifacts but leave it to historians to analyze them. Archaeologists are helpful to anthropologists but not to historians. Archaeologists study the remains of ancient humans as well as artifacts. Archaeologists study only artifacts, not human history.

What do you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Also can you pick more than one?

OpenStudy (paki):

not more than one.... @~*Ashtyn*~

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think its the third one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If I had to pick one, it would be number 3. However, all these questions pertain to archaeologists only studying humans and human history. They don't take into account that archaeologists also dig up dinosaurs and all sorts of bones. All three help each other. However, number three is a true statement and the rest are not.

OpenStudy (paki):

Which of these is a true statement about anthropologists? Anthropologists’ studies are limited to today’s cultures and societies. Anthropologists study how ancient cultures are similar and different. Anthropologists leave the study of human origins to archaeologists. Anthropologists leave the study of social behaviors to sociologists.
