It depends on where you ran into difficulties.  This course assumes you know the preliminary math (algebra and trigonometry, mostly) very well.  If you are rusty, this course may be a lot of work.

If you are trying to learn calculus on your own, another possibility is http://ocw.mit.edu/resources/res-18-006-calculus-revisited-single-variable-calculus-fall-2010/index.htm This course was recorded in the 70's, but it is more methodical at covering the basics (rather than assuming you know it).
