Shouldn't rounding to the nearest tenth be something most people learn in like 4th or 5th grade?
ok do you know where tenth is?
46?

the 6
no tenth is the number behind the decimal
That would be the tens place.
6 is tens
The (6) in 46 would be the ones place, the tenths place would be the first digit to the right of the decimal point.
