A ladder 10 feeet long rests against a vertical wall. If the bottom of the ladder slides away from the wall at a rate of 1ft/sec, how fast is the top of the ladder sliding down the wall when the bottom of the ladder is 6ft from the wall?

i know that we need to use x^2+y^2=100 x=6 and y=8 then I'm not sure what to do with them... please help!
