Quick suggestion. Openstudy already has a report system but i think there should be a ticket system instead of @ for moderators or people with more knowledge, Maybe a ticket system for a certain rank like trusted helper or higher than that so people can submit tickets to request help from the higher up.

Huh. A ticket system? We don't really have that. If you're having technical problems or problems in general, you can always contact an Ambassador, Moderator, or ask in Feedback. Messaging contact@openstudy.com for related issues and abuse@openstudy.com for staff complaints never hurt, either.

I dunno a ticket system for help in subjects that is what i said. Ticket system to ask people who are like an egghead professor ETC. So that you can request help from people with more knowledge.

Explaining won't help because, well it is sorta like tagging but you can have your own inbox for tickets not tags being all over notifications but people can write you a ticket to help them on their question. A private system where they can get 1 on 1 help from that person instead of other people coming into your post when you tag other people. Yes i know this is similar but still.
