1) That gives the ability to make attarish accounts in other words people would take advantage of that and make multiple accounts to spam, medal thamselves, and use it for wrong
2) If you want to change your email you can go to settings

I don't think that's a good idea. Anyways there's a reason why many social media sites and others have one account for one email. It has always been that way, and I don't really see the need for a max for 2 accounts per email unless it's beneficial for something...

Well, then just have a main email and another backup email. I too have a alt that's already email-confirmed.
