Any kind of leafy greens, such as lettuce and spinach, are also better when organic. However, items such as bananas and oranges can be organic or nonorganic because you eat only the inside portion of these fruits. While it is best to switch to an all-organic diet, making even a few changes could bring about great improvement to your health and overall well-being.
