OpenStudy (badhi):

Get the probability of a red paper being pulled out.. That will be for one event multiply it with total number of events to get the answer

OpenStudy (amorfide):

first of all write it as a ration for every 42 there is 18 42:18 simplify to get 7:3 7+3=10 110/10 = 11 11x7= how many times that red thing will come out in 110 tries

OpenStudy (ryanwhite499):

0.7

OpenStudy (ryanwhite499):

No wait. Is it D

OpenStudy (amorfide):
