to find the area for a triangle you have to use 1/2 of your base times your height. In this case your base is 14, so divide it by 2 =7 now multiply that times your height which is 7 ...7 *7= 49, so the area for this traingle is 49in. now you have to find the area of the square, so l* w or lenth times width... 14 * 14= 196 now take 196 / 49= ? what
