OpenStudy (amorfide):

your x term is on the bottom of the fraction, you will want to get that to the top to do this multiply both sides by 4x-1 \[\frac{( 4x-1)1 }{ 7 }= 3\]

OpenStudy (amorfide):

multiply by 7 on both sides then simplify to get x
