I've never done this stuff before so I have NO idea.

You never done system of equations? This is your first time? They have not taught you in school or showed you a few examples?

I do online school and have now for 2 years, so no.

And I'm taking Algebra 2.

Ok, well system of equations are normally taught in Algebra 1 so I think you need to start from the basics.
