the times that 7 or 11 come up in the chart is 8. that is 8 out of a total of 36 possible sums. 8/36 can be divided by 2 on both numbers and 4 would work as well. (i'm using 4 because it's shorter to get to the answer) 2/9. 2 chances out of 9 will the sum be 7 or 11
