standard form is (x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2 where the center is (a,b) and the radius = r
a 4,2
a = 4 , b = 8 and the radius is on your diagram
so thats the answer

well you need to plug in the values of a , b and r into the standard equation
i'll start it off for you (x - 4)^2 + - plugging in 4 for a
now you need to plug in b and r
just plug these into the equation I posted in my first post
