you have 2 points for each function
I'd just draw them both, to draw a LINEar equation
all you need is 2 points

a consistent system, will have one solution
meaning, the lines will cross each other

if they do not, that is, they're parallel,  is inconsistent

I put them both in slope intercept form and graphed it. It would be consistent, right? (Attached is the graph I used)
