Yeah but if you want to think about it consider this, the people of this time were nomadic hunter gatherers that want to adjust to sedentary life thus what do they need, food, water , and shelter. many of these civilizations were isolated from one another due to lack of technological advance and infrastructure so what seems to be the common denominator between them, Whats necessary to build a civilization from the beginning.
