OpenStudy (mtwizzle420):

Use a possessive adjective in French to say that these things are my things. (I cannot make the accent marks.) Voila ____ pere. Voila _____ cousins Voila _____ soeur Use a possessive adjective to say that these things (familiar) are your things. Voila ______ pere Voila _____ grandparents Use a possessive adjective in French to say that these are his or her things. Voila _____ pere Voila _____ cousins Use a possessive adjective in French to say that these are our things. Voila _____ pere Voila _____ parents Voila ____ oncles Use a possessive adjective in French to say that these are your (plural) things Voila _____ meres Voila ____ freres Use a possessive adjective in French to say that these are their things Voila ____ pere Voila _____ tantes

OpenStudy (godmod360):

alright well the possessive adjective is based upon the gender and number of the object so for example. Pere being a masculine singular noun uses the possessive mon

OpenStudy (godmod360):

for my things the word is Mon - masculine singular Ma- feminine singular Mes- Plural (no matter the gender)

OpenStudy (mtwizzle420):

So those are the only 3 I need to use throughout this whole thing?

OpenStudy (godmod360):

no because as you see the subject changes

OpenStudy (godmod360):

see after question three it becomes saying that it is "your" stuff. so the subject is tu so now the possessives are ton- masculine singular ta- feminine singular tes- plural

OpenStudy (mtwizzle420):

Ohhhh now I see why you meant by " for my things" lol

OpenStudy (godmod360):

each subject has a different set of possessives

OpenStudy (mtwizzle420):

Can you help me with the other possessives?

OpenStudy (godmod360):

ofcourse

OpenStudy (mtwizzle420):

What are the nect set of possessives?

OpenStudy (godmod360):
