It is a model write up.. But I can't figure out how to solve it... The question is how to equally make teams... There are 15 students and 9 of them will pass and 6 will fail ... So there will be 3 teams

3 pass.              3 pass.                3 pass 
2 fail.                 2 fail.                   2 fail

Because you know how some people are better than others right ?  As shown in the table above...Well what they want to to do is make a balance between the good people and bad per team

ok I see. a useful strategy (for future similar exercises) could be to start assigning highest result team members to different teams (i.e. highest to first team, second highest to the second team, etc). this way you would make sure that all team at least have the same (or close) amount of each type (pass /fail) teammates. besides that, I do not think there is any important notion worth mentioning. If your task is simply to group those people into teams, then you shoudl be fine.
