Just curious...Why does someone's Smart Score increase by chatting? Is OS working to fix this? One more question: how is someone copying another user's username exactly? It doesn't make any sense...

It's not a glitch or anything like that. Your SS increases the engagement or teamwork. Not exactly sure. Mind explaning your second question?

Yes, it can. You can have different emails but the same username.
