It's not a glitch or anything like that. Your SS increases the engagement or teamwork. Not exactly sure. Mind explaning your second question?

Ah okay. And sorry for the terrible wording on the second question. In math chat, there is another user by the name of TheSmartOne who is not the original. Can this happen?

Yes, it can. You can have different emails but the same username.
