Can someone please explain the structure of microkernel http://prntscr.com/6h22lo

OpenStudy (p0sitr0n):

the kernel always runs in your RAM, checking a couple of things: managing threads, managing processes, making sure all utilities all launched when needed, memory management (thread pool allocation), as well as preventing you form accessing the files that you do not have the permissions for. Its like the CU for the CPU basically, it controls the memory of the computer.
