Select the correct direct object pronoun for the word in parentheses that best completes this sentence: Tú _______ traes. (las cucharas)

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Tu _____ traes. In the parenthesis, it says "las" so what goes in the blank?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tu (accento sobre el u) las traes.

Hello there! I agree with you, @inowalst ! Whenever we have a DO beginning with a plural article (i.e. *los* or *las*), that very article tells us what pronoun to use to replace the whole DO...! That's very useful indeed! Blessings P.S.: I've never used the "Draw" option on OS... but if I may try and put this a visual way (sorry I can't include accents, which won't show up correctly...): |dw:1426678581380:dw|

OpenStudy (alfonso-o):

Oh, by the way... Here's also the list of DO (direct object) pronouns, useful when the DO doesn't begin with a plural article (*los* or *las*) -- even if only for future reference :) (yo) -- me (tu) -- te (el/ ella/ Ud.) -- lo/ la (/le is possible when used with a masculine human being [e.g. *hombre*]) (nosotros/ nosotras) -- nos (vosotros/ vosotras) -- os (ellos/ ellas/ Uds.) -- los/ las (/les is possible when used with masculine human beings [e.g. *hombres*]) Hope this helps! Best
