Will medal and fan ^.^ How did dr. King and other civil rights leaders use non violent civil disobedience to achieve desegregation and access to voting for African Americans?

There are many good articles out there on this subject. Here is one http://theindependent.ca/2014/01/20/dr-martin-luther-king-strategies-and-tactics-of-civil-disobedience/ Essentially there were 2 components to the civil disobedience strategy. 1) Breaking an unjust law brought attention to the law. Namely segregation. 2) Peaceful demonstrators were met with brutal force during several demonstrations and this was shown on television all around the country. This turned public opinion very quickly.
