The kinds of things that *are* allowed in this group:
- Discussions and questions on musical theory.
- Discussions and questions on instruments, instrumentation, composition, songwriting, etc.
- Posting your own original work for feedback and criticism (as usual, please be respectful).

Do NOT:
- Post YouTube videos for other artists.
- Post poems, they belong in the literature or writing section.
- Post SoundCloud links for other artists.
- Post questions about what people's favorite genres are.
- Post an Artist's name and a song by them, (e.g. a question that contains just -something like "One Direction Kiss You")
- Post song lyrics that are not yours
- Poll questions (e.g. "Do you like this song?" "What do you think about this band?" etc.)
- Questions like "What songs should I download?" "What's good music for a birthday party?"
- Information about personal accounts is also apparently not allowed
- Post rap battle threads

The original version of th rules came from the admins. They are not up for debate or comment, but rather so that people understand that things here are supposed to be related to education.
