In a scatter graph, when you are to plot a straight line, if the points are near to an upward or downward slope, then there is correlation. If the points are too far from the line, no correlation. Hence the graph has no correlation.

I would say it remains the same, because generally when a product is brand new, the frequency of selling in business is the highest in the first weeks, maybe up until a whole month. After that, the rate maintains and eventually falls.
