What are critical points? I got this procedure guide for finding Increasing/Decreasing functions. It said first find f'(x) Put f'(x) = 0 and solve to get critical points. What are critical points, I keep forgetting :( @rational @dan815

see critical point of a function of a real variable is any value in the domain where either tht function is not differentiable or its derivative is zero(0)

@rishavraj sorry, late reply. so if we have 2 critical points, one will not be differentiable and the other, the derivative will be 0?
