I would say B...

Because in the poem he states:
"In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud."
And-
"And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid."

Then the last two lines affirms his determination of attitude towards his struggles:
"I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul."

Because of his attitude he overcomes his troubles.
