Please someone help! Please. I' ve taken this quiz 5 times and have failed everytime. I just don't understand it. Here are some quiz questions and answers. If you can help with any it would really help. Its on irrational roots.

The area of the figure below is 4 square units. What is the value of x? (Hint: the area of a rectangle is length times width.)
