What are you being asked to interpret? Whether you have the gene mutation or not?

yes, interpret whether the gene has a mutation. The image of the gel contains- Patient A, B, C from the left hand side of amplified DNA. The middle well is a negative control. and then patient C, B, A (right hand side) with the digestion enzyme Hindlll. I think that patent B (right hand side) is normal
