When you unlock a title in OS, it needs medals to unlock them, right? When you do, do your medals decrease or banned from reusing them to buy titles?

You can not reuse smartcents.

Once you purchase the title, the smartcents is gone. But if you get the 2nd title and then the 1st one after that. You will be stuck with the first title as there is no way to switch which title you show.
