Hey you know that equilateral triangles have the same sides. 

and if you would analyze that the diameter of the circle is equal to 1 side of a triangle. 

and we have a formula for that! 
thats finding the circumference of a semi-circle :)

Perimeter is when you add all the dimensions or simply ( the measure of all lines ) .
