OpenStudy (elise_a18):

Organism A shares 50% of its DNA sequences with organism B, while organisms B and C share 90% of their DNA sequences. What can be concluded from this? Organisms B and C are probably full siblings while organism A is a grandparent of both. Organism A is more ancient than either organism B or organism C. Organisms B and C are more closely related to each other than they are to organism A. Organism A has suffered more mutations than organisms B or C.

I would say the answer is C, but I am not 100% sure. It sounds as if B and C are in fact more closely related to each other than A is to either of them. It may be A, but I think it is C. Just remember, I am not sure.

Okay thanks for trying :) I'll wait for a little more conformation :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem! :) I think C is the best answer though. Here is a medal, you did what I would do.....wait until someone who knows what they are talking about answers lol XP

Thanks! :)
