By building streets, parking lots, and houses, humans are affecting the water cycle by preventing what: A. Run-off of rainwater B. Absorption of rainwater into the soil C. Pollution of the rainwater D. Acid Rain
@King.Void.
@DIDITHEDAD
@leonardo0430
The answer is either A or B. Acid rain and Pollution is not helpful to the enviorment, so that is NOT the answer. I am leaning towards B because asphalt cannot absorb water. Let someone who knows for sure answer, but I believe it is B.
B seems the most logical
@AnimeWover I guess you should go with B! Thank you @leonardo0430 :)
anytime :)
A would seem correct. Building those causes runoff
@Prince1342 But it says "....by preventing what" so these are preventing something, not causing. :)
hmm
So B is the most logical answer as it prevents absorbtion.
ok
*absorption
to make it simple~ concrete covers soil, water wont be able to enter the soil
Thank you. That was what I was trying to do lol
@DIDITHEDAD Oh just noticed, then yep it is B for sure
