In problem set #1 question #1...For minPayment, they have "balance,2". What does the ",2" do???? ---"minPayment = round(minMonthlyPaymentRate * balance,2"---

it's another parameter for the `round` function. the function is of the form `round(value, digits)` So it will round to 2 digits after the decimal point
