Strangely worded, actually. I was reading, "Percent error from the estimate" Estimate: 10 Actual; 11.5 Error: 10 - 11.5 = -1.5 % Error: -1.5/11.5 = 0.130434783 = 13.04% See how that works? Don't be fooled by the 46.
