Yes it can be a triangle, but just not a right triangle. Because of a 5 4 3 right triangle (60 90 30).
So in your case, you have 3,4,6 ... Let's see... 3+4 > 6 ..... 4+6 > 3 ..... 3+6 > 4 .... Therefore, yes the triangle is possible. Hope that helps.
