The most common way would be to go through primary and secondary education as anyone would, and then apply to an instance of tertiary education (college, university) to start your study for a computer science degree. A much less common way to do it is through self-study. One could take the example of Scott. H. Young and follow the same path as he did: http://www.scotthyoung.com/blog/myprojects/mit-challenge-2/
