If I may join in... Remember *Uds.* is short for *ustedes*. Unlike *vosotros* (which is familiar), *ustedes* is a formal form, but it (also) means "you all".

So, whenever you say *ustedes* (Uds.), you're speaking to two or more people, aren't you? That's why the verb should also be a PLURAL form.

Below is the verb *tener* conjugated. Just remember to choose a PLURAL form... and you'lll get your answer :)

SINGULAR FORMS
[I] (yo) -- tengo
[you] (tú) -- tienes
[he/she/formal you] (él/ ella/ usted) -- tiene
