someone help me with these two question please? Which of the following is equivalent to (6x + 8x + 2) - (2x + 9) * 16x + 11 12x - 7 4x - 9 12x - 18 Which is equivalent to 6xz - 15yz + 9z? * (2x - 5)(3z + 4) (x - 5)(6z + 4) 3z(2x - 5y + 3) 3(2xz - y + 3)

Okay, the first step in the first one is to multiply both sides of the right side of the equation by -1. So now you have -2x - 9.

Now combine like terms. the x's can go together to make 12x, and the normal numbers can go together to make -7. The answer is 12x - 7.

Now for the second one, multiply every answer until you get one that matches up. The answer will be C. :)
