When a bod falls, potential energy is decreased, because its position is going down. The opposite is true, if it raises PE increases. As for th rollercoaster, when it stopped at the top, was at rest. As it went down, the PE decreased and since it started moving, then kinetic energy increased. Hence, answer is B.
