I'm Noting Society on both sites. and as for writers cafe first you need to get an account and you can do that by going to writerscafe.org

okay so first thing you need to do is write one to two poems. if you already have them than you can copy and paste or whatever. Go to the top where it says writing (on the black bar) and you can put your mouse over it. Then you should see a grey bar under it where it will have several options including add writings. Click on add writings

competition called Speaking Loud. It's a poetry competition. You may submit two poems at the most. Your poems have to be about something you feel strongly about, so an opinion or a cause.

okay so once you guys have published your writings and saved them. Go back to the top (the black bar) and you will see competitions. Go over that and under that there should be a search option, click on that. Then you can go to the search bar which will be on your left hand side. Type in Speaking Loud. There should be a pic of a white dog with a notebook thats my competition. Click on it.
