i did a little research and this is what i understood:The central nervous system (CNS) controls most functions of the body and mind. It consists of two parts: the brain and the spinal cord. the CNS is consisted of the brain and spinal cord, the PNS is the peripheral nervous system which is an "extension" for the nerves in the spinal cord. for example : the soma (bodies of neurons) of peripheral motor nerves give rise to the axons (that compose the PNS) are found inside the anterior gray horn of the spinal cord. so to sum it up: the CNS and PNS are both made from neurons (nerve cells) , they both need the help of glia cells to function correctly, they are both connected and the PNS is the extension of the CNS which connects the CNS to the somatic tissues (muscles, glands ...) which would make c be correct
