You should drink water throughout the day as it is the best way to keep the body hydrated.

So passive voice is any for of the verb "To Be" + the past participle of another verb. In A. you have "be drunk" which is a form of the verb "to Be" and the past participle of the verb "To Drink". So you are correct. A. is your answer! :)

If the verb "to Be" in any of its tenses is used in a sentence alone then it is just a linking verb, but it is not passive voice.
