MEDAL AND FAN pleas help me;^; Which graph below shows a system of equations with no solution? coordinate plane with two parallel lines coordinate plane with two intersecting lines coordinate plane with two coinciding lines coordinate plane with two intersecting lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Coordinate plan with two parallel lines has no intersection. Thus you could not solve a system with out expressing equality.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first one has no solution

OpenStudy (anonymous):

witch means

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know what a system of equations is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no ;-;

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no worries, a system of equation is when you have at least two equation and at least two unknowns like: y = 2x + b Y = 6x + 3b Notice that you can not solve these equation individually, but you can solve the "system" as a whole. i could say solve for one variable like x and then plug it into the other equation.
