here is another way to answer it like you did you made it run to fast and switch between what you where saying so
I feel stressed when a timed wrighting essay because I Either don't have the time or I overthink it. In the end it turns into a pressured rush job.

Normally how I fix this problem is calming down and trying not to overthink things to far.
