A. http://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1141000_1141500/1141138/1/3751fc331c6915cd3b3ebff6e9c52474befa1dd8/MS2_PHY_07_06_Sky.jpg B.http://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1141000_1141500/1141133/1/ed466711dc86875fe8263f0525207b1312f9a7b8/MS2_PHY_07_06_Charcoal.jpg C. http://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1141000_1141500/1141135/1/5fbb8fdcd522485d47ccbac269eaee797575ec28/MS2_PHY_07_06_Milk.jpg

@Hotchellerae21

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you tell us why you chose A? (i'm still thinking about it)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To me the others didnt make sense i thought it was because the sky is where the the sun is and where the light comes from

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry suck at explaining :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no don't worry it's okay. but the question says ABSORBS light so it means, i think- i guess-not sure, that the material that does not allow the light to pass through will be the right one (also it should not reflect the light)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok now idk which it is /.\

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let's try one by-i'm fighting between two answers, so i'm not sure- for the first one, does light pass through the sky when the sun gives off light? (lol sounds really bad xD )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No lol and light cant pass through milk so C is out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK now i think D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no, we are looking for the material that doesn't allow the light to pass through it xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so milk is in, and also the charcoal now which one is the one? xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So its B!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ehh not sure!!! don't give me medal yet lol i'm thinking about milk and charcoal, don't know which one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My dad just told that the darker the color the more light it absorbs

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its the charcoal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh that would be right! black carbon! now i remember :D thanks! lol
