You do nothing. It's not your job to monitor suspensions (nor can you even know for sure a user was indeed suspended and created a new account). But if you have a hunch and you see that user breaking the CoC again, just report them or pm an online moderator.

The other they there was a post made in the math section saying "I farted on my cat" this caused mass spamming so @pooja195 and I tried to control it... but in the progress there was profanity directed towards us and insults and we did not do anything against the CoC... so the spammers reported us.. and it automatically banned us from community suspensions. We are not evading suspension we talked to a mod and they were kind enough to take the suspensions away.
